Sistemas de tuberías revestidas y recubiertas


Servicios abrasivos

Los nuevos codos y acoples patentados XL de 90° y 45° pueden extender hasta 3 veces la vida útil de los sistemas abrasivos. Las conexiones XL mantienen el mismo diámetro interior (DI) que las conexiones estándares para ofrecer capacidades de flujo de paso completo ininterrumpido sin restricción. Su diseño reduce el espacio entre los extremos de tubería al momento de ensamblar tuberías con conexiones o conexiones con conexiones a fin de reducir el desgaste en la parte delantera y expandir más la vida útil de las conexiones. Las conexiones XL están diseñadas con la capacidad de acomodar 1/4"/6,4mm adicionales de revestimiento de goma conforme a las dimensiones estándares C - E para las conexiones de 1 1/2D y 3D. La vida útil más extensa significa menos paradas por mantenimiento programado y mayor productividad.


Independiente de los productos abrasivos que recorran su sistema de tuberías, Victaulic ofrece una variedad de soluciones a medida para satisfacer sus requerimientos. A diferencia de la soldadura y el bridado, que son costosos y difíciles de instalar, los sistemas de unión de tuberías Victaulic se instalan en menos de la mitad del tiempo y además mantienen la integridad del revestimiento abrasivo. Compatible con goma, uretano, cerámica y otros revestimientos. 

Sistema de ranura por corte

En sistemas de tuberías que utilizan un grosor de pared cédula 40 o superior se corta una ranura en el diámetro externo de la tubería. El resultado es una unión confiable que reduce la instalación y el tiempo de parada durante el mantenimiento hasta en 66 por ciento. No se necesita calor y la superficie interior de la tubería permanece lisa, lo que mantiene la integridad del revestimiento. Cuando se utilizan con acoples flexibles, los sistemas de ranura por corte permiten la expansión, contracción y deflexión en caso de necesidad. Disponibles para sistemas de hasta 42"/1.050mm.

Sistema de anillo

Cuando se requiere mantener el grosor completo del sistema, se emplean comúnmente los sistemas de anillo. Un anillo con ranura o rebordes se adjunta al diámetro externo de la tubería y el acople se monta sobre el anillo para completar la unión. Los sistemas de anillo están disponibles con diseños Original Groove (OGS) o Advanced Groove (AGS). Disponibles para uso en sistemas de hasta 90"/2.250mm.

Sistema con rebordes

Para sistemas de tuberías con rebordes, Victaulic ofrece una línea de acoples, conexiones y válvulas. Las válvulas y conexiones están provistas de extremos con rebordes, mientras que el sistema de acoples incluye acoples con rebordes listos para instalar en tuberías de 2 - 8"/50 - 200mm y acoples estándares en tamaños de 10 y 12"/250 y 300mm. Los acabados galvanizados en los acoples y conexiones garantizan la protección adicional contra entornos corrosivos.

Sistema de extremo plano

Los sistemas de HDPE utilizados para polvo de carbón requieren mantenimiento y reemplazo frecuente debido a la naturaleza altamente abrasiva de los fluidos. Cuando se requiere mantenimiento no hay uniones en el sistema. El tiempo de parada es costoso y lento. Con los productos Victaulic de HDPE solo corte y una los extremos de las tuberías. Los acoples Victaulic para sistemas de HDPE ofrecen una presión nominal de trabajo mayor que la tubería y una unión en cada junta. Disponibles en tamaños de hasta 20"/500mm.


Servicios corrosivos

Para sistemas de tuberías expuestos a medios internamente corrosivos o entornos externamente corrosivos, las soluciones Victaulic están diseñadas para aumentar la vida útil del sistema, contribuir a la versatilidad de diseño y reducir el tiempo de parada cuando sea necesario realizar mantenimiento.

Sistema con revestimiento epóxico adherido por fusión

Para sistemas epóxicos adheridos por fusión las tuberías ranuradas ofrecen un servicio sin contratiempos. Los sistemas epóxicos adheridos por fusión pueden verse comprometidos al exponerse al calor necesario para unir sistemas soldados. El ranurado es un proceso de formación en frío que mantiene la integridad del revestimiento y, al mismo tiempo, ofrece una unión en cada junta.

Sistema galvanizado

Los acoples, conexiones y accesorios flexibles y rígidos están disponibles con acabado galvanizado, que los protege contra entornos corrosivos. Los sistemas ranurados galvanizados Victaulic eliminan todos los riesgos y peligros para la salud asociados con la soldadura de sistemas galvanizados.

Sistema de acero inoxidable

Una amplia gama de sistemas de acero inoxidable puede unirse utilizando los sistemas de tuberías ranuradas Victaulic y Vic- Press. Para tuberías de acero inoxidable Tipos 304 y 316, Vic-Press es el primer sistema compatible con tuberías estándares de acero inoxidable cédula 10S. Para sistemas de mayor diámetro de acero inoxidable Tipo 304 y Tipo 316 y sistemas dúplex y súper dúplex, Victaulic ofrece una serie de soluciones de unión de tuberías.

Es un instrumento administrativo de gestión para el control previo ambiental de las actividades capaces de degradar el ambiente.
